Directed by our members, we will:
- Support the Regional Climate Change forum to explore opportunities for greater collaboration and consistency across the region’s local authorities and climate change partnerships, and advocate jointly for greater central government support.
- Deliver targeted pilot projects and programmes to encourage innovative solutions to climate change. Click here to find out more about the Net Zero Regions Pilot Project.
- Engage with wider partners to ensure alignment of regional strategies and action plans on climate change.
- Adopt a climate-positive approach to ensure that climate change is considered within all our activities.
