EELGA's statement on climate change
The East of England's environment is one of its greatest strengths. It makes the region a fantastic place to live and work.
The East of England LGA (EELGA) is committed to minimising its own and members' environmental impact by:
- Facilitating the Regional Climate Change Forum and providing bespoke support to members through the Talent Bank and Employer Services.
- Establishing EELGA employee focus groups. The focus groups are exploring a range of actions to improve environmental sustainability for the organisation.
Following the conclusion of the focus groups, an action plan will be developed and published.
