New driving force takes up the reins at Breckland Training Services

Breckland Training Services is pleased to introduce Samantha Armitage, who takes the managerial helm during an exciting time of refocus and development for this busy training organisation.

Samantha brings with her a wealth of skills, predominantly focused on the development of colleagues across a variety of specialisms including Leadership and Management, Personal Effectiveness, Business Performance and Change, and Wellbeing.

Development isn’t just about attending a training course, it’s a mindset and it is with this belief Samantha aims to build in tools and techniques to all courses and programmes to encourage learners to seek out new ways to enhance their learning experience and practical application of training. Breckland Training Services currently provides online and on-site training to participants from across the UK, sharing innovative techniques and new approaches, which align to a client’s organisational objectives, developing innovative thinking, adding real value and development to participants and host clients.

“We understand that many of our clients are familiar with the service that BTS provides and wish to reassure you that there will be no fundamental changes to the way in which we manage our client contacts. We have, of course, introduced virtual classroom training to ensure we can deliver the same quality of training to you safely, but the learning outcomes of our training remain unchanged and will always be delivered with you in mind” commented Samantha Artmitage, the new manager for Breckland Training Services.
