Notices and guidance on a 'No Deal' Brexit scenario

3rd October 2018

The East of England European Partnership has published a list of notices and guidance on a ‘No Deal’ Brexit scenario published by the European Commission and UK Government.

The document sets out where ‘preparedness notices’ and ‘no deal guidance’ have been produced separately by the European Commission and UK Government for a situation where the UK and the EU have not concluded a withdrawal agreement before the UK leaves the EU on 29 March 2019.

The notices and guidance refer to technical issues across a range of policy areas and in principally refer to the effect of key pieces of EU legislation (principally regulations) falling away in the event of a so-called ‘no deal Brexit’.

This is a ‘live’ document which will be updated on a periodic basis as further documents are published. Links may be listed more than once in overlapping categories. This version is correct as of 25 September 2018.

The document can be downloaded here.
