Improving Outcomes for People and Communities Panel

The subject of this meeting is Cost of Living, Family Poverty and Vulnerability
  • The Improving Outcomes for People and Communities (IOPC) Panel has a focus on matters pertaining to health, care, well-being, housing and engagement with the voluntary and communities sector.
  • Its role is to provide oversight of EELGA’s work within these fields, and to set strategic direction and priorities for policy work.
  • The Panel has also accepted responsibility for the oversight of the element of the recovery programme related to Ways of Working.
  • The Panel meets quarterly, and is traditionally chaired by a Liberal Democrat member.
