Improving Outcomes for People and Communities Panel The subject of this meeting is Cost of Living, Family Poverty and Vulnerability The Improving Outcomes for People and Communities (IOPC) Panel has a focus on matters pertaining to health, care, well-being, housing and engagement with the voluntary and communities sector. Its role is to provide oversight of EELGA’s work within these fields, and to set strategic direction and priorities for policy work. The Panel has also accepted responsibility for the oversight of the element of the recovery programme related to Ways of Working. The Panel meets quarterly, and is traditionally chaired by a Liberal Democrat member.
