Lucy has been with the East of England LGA and predecessor bodies since 1996, having worked in various HR roles in the Public and Private sectors before that. Since joining the organisation, most of Lucy's experience has been in the employers services team, with a brief foray into capacity and improvement project management. As a long serving HR professional and Senior Manager, Lucy believes strongly that supporting authorities to work together helps to deliver the best outcomes for everyone.
