Edwina is a highly experienced and analytical senior manager with advanced regulation and senior management skills having worked with the Audit Commission, the NHS, Local Government. Edwina can offer a range management projects and has recently worked with the voluntary sector to review outreach performance, review and develop HR and management policies and also to manage a bid for external funding. Edwina has experience of strategic management of diversity systems and processes and has provided senior managerial expertise in handling sensitive disciplinary enquiries, grievances, complaints and appeals against job evaluation.
