Coaching conference leaves delegates happy

This year's annual coaching conference - "Coach Me Happy" A Healthy Approach to Coaching - continues the trend for this well received series, which is now in its fifth year.

The coaching conference, which took place on 5th February at the Duxford Airspace Conference Centre in partnership with the EMCC, proved to be another great event.  Keynote speakers Anthony Eldridge Rogers and Dr Andrew Parsons were both thought provoking, informative and entertaining.  Drawing on their own personal experiences and research they helped attendees to think about how finding what is most meaningful to an individual can help them make positive changes.

Delegates attended a wide variety of workshops to help them develop skills to work with those suffering from cancer or supporting those with cancer, supporting those with mental ill health or with other life changing events such as maternity and parenthood.

The speakers were delighted to have such engaged delegates and delegates told us that it had been a really useful day with lots to think about and plenty they could put into practice.
