They will also be doing a Facebook/Instagram/Twitter Q+A for an hour during the week with one of their apprentices – where potential future apprentices/parents/Basildon residents can ask them anything about their experiences as an apprentice at Basildon Council.
In addition, colleagues have interviewed a few departmental managers that house their apprentices, for them to explain how the apprenticeship programme has improved their workforce and benefitted their service – and these interviews will also be published across social media channels throughout the week.
Further, on Friday, there will be a group photo published across Basildon’s social media to conclude the week, featuring all of the apprentices at Basildon Council, alongside the scheme co-ordinator, and their young person’s ambassador.
