Improvement and Efficiency Panel

The purpose of the Improvement and Efficiency Panel is to provide support for the improvement and efficiency needs of member councils in the East of England and utilise Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (RIEP) Legacy funding appropriately.

In particular the Panel:

  • maintains an overview and understanding of the support, improvement and efficiency needs of the region
  • provides strategic direction on the improvement and efficiency related activities of the Association
  • ensures that high level awareness and understanding of regional improvement and efficiency priorities is developed and maintained
  • establishes key regional improvement and efficiency priorities and allocate funding accordingly through the Investment Programme and the RIEP Legacy Funding.
