‘walnut™ - leading wisely’ Half Day Workshop

EELGA is committed to helping its members develop their coaching and leadership skills and in response to feedback from the Senior Managers Programme, we are delighted to announce this forthcoming half-day workshop.  Aimed at further enabling coaching as a management offering this workshop provides practical sessions and a take-away coaching resource.

Tuesday 19 February 2019 - West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds

Who?  Those interested in enhancing coaching and leadership skills.  Those who have completed the Senior Managers Programme.

Introduction:- walnut™ - leading wisely is a practical self-coaching resource - specifically designed for the professional from sound theory and the reflective practice of an Accredited Master in Executive Coaching for greater confidence, authenticity and presence as a leader.

Please note: The cost of the resource (£250+) is included in the event fee.

Aim: Introduce walnut™-leading wisely as an innovative and practical coaching tool

Key Objectives:
• Become familiar with this resource, its content, coaching framework/model and practical application
• Gain an understanding of its underlying purpose, principles and philosophy in relation to coaching and authentic leadership
• Experience the resource in a number of formats against a variety of situations chosen by you to enhance your offering
• Provide additional ideas to enable you to get the most from the resource post-session

• An introspective whilst interactive and participative session
• Practical activities
• Open discussion in a confidential setting to promote insight and learning
• Minimal pre-workshop preparation will be emailed to you ahead of the workshop to help you gain the most from it

About the Facilitator:

Alison Dixon, Success Coaching & Development is an Accredited Master in Executive Coaching and qualified psychological coach who has extensive experience within organisations with leaders and their teams, as well as coaching internal and independent coaches.  
A founder member of the AC and  creator of walnut™ - leading wisely Alison's purpose is developing how we are as coaches and leaders  to enhance what we do.  ‘walnut™ - leading wisely’ has been consistently adopted by leaders, change managers and coaches since its launch in 2016.
