
The East of England Local Government Association is excited to partner with Richard Wills Training Associates (RWTA) to deliver this training session to Elected Members in the East of England.
Session outline:
Are there not enough hours in the day? Are the important jobs the first ones you do or the urgent? How do prioritise. Objectives for this session include;
- How to prioritise
- How to combat procrastination
- How to schedule work
- How to combat time wasters
The session will run for approximately 3 hours and will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The maximum number of delegates for this session is 12.
Audience: Elected Members from member councils of the East of England Local Government Association.
