The East of England Local Government Association is excited to partner with Richard Wills Training Associates (RWTA) to deliver this training session to Elected Members in the East of England.
Session outline:
We all make hundreds if not thousands of decisions every week. Some are so easy, we don’t even see them as decisions, they just happen automatically. Others however are so difficult that we might choose to ignore it all together. Objectives for this session include;
- Understanding why people put off making decisions
- techniques and tips that can be used for effective decision making.
The session will run for approximately 3 hours and will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The maximum number of delegates for this session is 12.
Audience: Elected Members from member councils of the East of England Local Government Association.
