
The East of England Local Government Association is excited to partner with Jennifer McNeill, South East Employers to deliver this training session to Elected Members in the East of England.
This training session provides an overview of dealing with a range of conflict situations in the workplace, developing skills and strategies for early intervention or for coaching others.
Learning Outcomes:
- Overview of workplace conflict
- Skills and behaviours for dealing with conflict
- Tools and strategies for addressing conflict situations
- Good practice and standards
- Mediation strategies – a pragmatic approach
The session will run for approximately 2.5 hours and will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The maximum number of delegates for this session is 12.
Audience: Elected Members from member councils of the East of England Local Government Association.
