The East of England Local Government Association is excited to partner with Richard Wills Training Associates (RWTA) to deliver this training session to Elected Members in the East of England.
Session outline:
We all face difficult situations in the work that we do. How we cope and how we handle the situation is what matters. Objectives for this session include;
- How to recognise conflict triggers,
- How to identify how an encounter could turn nasty by understanding how to anticipate and assess threats,
- How to manage conflict assertively.
The session will run for approximately 3 hours and will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The maximum number of delegates for this session is 12.
Audience: Elected Members from member councils of the East of England Local Government Association.
