Introduction to Coaching in the Workplace for Senior Managers - Cohort 8

The one day programme has been designed in collaboration with the East of England Local Government Association and Jane Cox, Executive Coach. The session will offer participants opportunity to share and learn as well as to practise their coaching skills in a safe and confidential environment.

Aims and Objectives

  • to raise awareness of individual personality and leadership preferences
  • to explore opportunities for coaching in the workplace
  • to acquire basic skills and a framework for coaching
  • to practice and develop coaching skills

Course Outline
On sign up, delegates will be sent a link to complete their Quest Profile (psychometric report) by the end of October 2018.  The delegate will receive 2 hours of individual feedback/coaching session (either via phone, skype or face to face). These sessions will be held from the first two weeks in November and sessions will be allocated based on availability with delegates once booked onto this course.

PLEASE NOTE: The content of the facilitated session above acts as a guide and may be tailored to delegates individual needs and therefore subject to further minor adjustments.  This will be following the facilitator’s evaluation of any specific development needs, which arise from the individual feedback/1-2-1 sessions.

Course Leader
The course is facilitated by Jane Cox MSc., a professionally qualified and accredited Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor with many years’ experience of coaching and developing leaders and managers in business. Jane is particularly known for her relaxed yet business-like style and enabling facilitation skills.
