The East of England LGA is running a series of free roundtable discussions in 2022 and 2023. These sessions are open to all members and colleagues of councils in the East of England and their partner organisations. At the EELGA Roundtable Discussions you will hear from a guest speaker on each theme and have the opportunity to learn from, and share, your own examples of best practice, opportunities, and challenges.
With agile and hybrid working being propelled into the consciousness of employers and employees across many sectors in 2020, the topic is still evolving and high on employers’ agendas. Whilst many public sector organisations were early adopters of these approaches to work, the societal shift towards agile and hybrid working has impacted councils in a number of ways. Join this roundtable discussion to share ongoing challenges, new opportunities and best practice across the region.
Agenda to follow shortly.
Who should attend: Councillors, leaders, officers, trade unions, CEXs, business representatives, HR community / HoHR in the East of England region.
Please note: if this session is oversubscribed places will be limited to 2 – 3 people per authority.
