Rapid advances in technology, together with increasing use of data, are disrupting traditional ways of doing business and offering challenging and exciting opportunities for our local communities. Today will explore examples of how our communities can benefit from the new technology, and also take a tour of some of the cutting edge technology that is helping to improve the way we all live.
14:00 – 16:00: Innovative Technology
In this engaging session you will get to see and hear about some of the innovative technology in the world leading Innovation Showcases at BT’s research HQ at Adastral Park just outside Ipswich. You will also hear from some of our researchers about how the work they are leading is enabling technology to be used in the areas of healthcare, smart cities and transport and how this is helping to improve the way we all live.
