Now in its fifth successful year, this is the must-attend FREE event for East of England local authority officers and members with an interest in commercialisation.

This year, our Masterclass will have interactive workshops and be hands-on, both showcasing the skills and capabilities needed to be successful with commercialisation and give attendees the opportunity to test their own commercial capability throughout the course of the day.

There will be introduction to a number of key concepts of service commercialization, as well as some tips and tools with practical application for anyone in the public sector who is somewhere along the commercialisation journey.

This will be a fast-moving and fun day full of challenges and surprises, guaranteed to stimulate your thinking and enthuse you about the opportunities for developing commercial opportunities and delivering these successfully.

The event will be facilitated by our Senior Manager, Eddie Gibson, and an expert Associate from EELGA’s Talent Bank, Colin Taylor, who have supported numerous local authorities in the East of England to develop their trading services and wholly-owned trading companies.

Audience: This event is ideal for officers at all levels who have an interest in service commercialisation as well as a desire to improve their own knowledge and skills. It is also a great opportunity to network and share experiences with your local authority colleagues from across the East of England.

Please note: If this event is over-subscribed, priority will be given to Local Authority delegates from members of the East of England LGA.
