Come and join us as we celebrate all the hard work and passion of the apprentices who have been competing in the 2023 Local Government Apprentice of the Year event (on 24 May 2023). Apprentices will spend the day on 24 May competing in teams through a series of challenges, to see who will be crowned the Local Government Apprentice of the Year 2023. We cannot wait to reflect on the day full of activities and challenges and (drum roll…) unveil the winners. We would love as many of you to join us as possible at this celebration.
Whether you are a Head of HR, Early Careers Lead, Apprenticeship Champion or the Chief Executive of a Council taking part in this prestigious event, or even if your Council wasn’t able to take part in the event this year but you’d love to be the first to see who is crowned the winner, come along and join us at this virtual celebration. We are keen to warmly welcome as many apprenticeship advocates as we possibly can, to ensure this group of dedicated apprentices from our sector are recognised amongst their peers and beyond.
During the celebration event we will hear from a guest speaker and present the awards.
Please note: if you are an apprentice who has signed up to attend the Local Government Apprentice of the Year event 2023, you will automatically receive a copy of the joining instructions for the celebration event. These will also be sent to your line manager that you have indicated on your registration form.
