Epaycheck is a secure pay benchmarking facility developed for the public sector by the public sector. Launched in 2012 more than half of the councils in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are now registered for this data sharing service, which enables subscribers to benchmark pay across hundreds of common roles within the sector.

It is delivered through a nationwide network of Regional Employers' Organisations, including the East of England LGA, who provide the front end service in their localities and actively work with users to maintain a high level of quality data to report against.

It is a web based service accessed via secure membership log-in and each participating organisation is required to upload and match its own data to agreed templates in Epaycheck through an easy to use online facility. Once organisations have provided their data to Epaycheck they can generate user defined reports with invaluable and specific benchmarking data at the click of a button.
