Celebrating ILM7 Coaching Success

October 2019 saw us celebrate the launch of our eighth cohort of delegates for the ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, welcoming another 10 delegates to the programme. They will have the opportunity to develop executive and senior level coaching and mentoring skills by working with colleagues in a series of seven interactive workshops over the next six months.

This post graduate level programme follows the new syllabus and has been designed by The Training Spa in collaboration with East of England LGA and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

With six completed cohorts already and a seventh currently underway, we are proud to confirm that 32 participants have now become fully accredited by the ILM, in their Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, and three of those people have already gone on to study towards their Diploma. A fantastic achievement for coaching in the East of England.

The ILM strives to be the gold standard for coaching and mentoring best practice, combining the practical application of professional competency with the rigour of regulated qualifications. Alongside the workshops, all participants have had to commit to complete at least one supervision session, a minimum of 20 hours of executive and senior level coaching and/or mentoring (outside of the workshops), and three assignments, to meet the assessment criteria.

Congratulations to all those participants who have already completed the programme and those who are continuing to work towards their Certificate. The programme is a great way to develop your coaching and mentoring expertise and accredit your experience as a professional coach and mentor.

The ILM7 Certificate and Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors is now available as a package to purchase via the East of England LGA Marketplace. The Marketplace is an on-line service for members to purchase skills and services without the need to go through a lengthy procurement process.
