Sue has over twenty years’ experience of working at the top level across public services; writing widely about leadership and public services and specialising in systems leadership, organisational development and public sector futures. She has worked with a series of whole system interventions across health and local government, and is a currently a ‘system enabler’ for two pilot sites attempting large scale ‘whole system change’ in health and social care – supporting a network of leaders at different levels in a range of organisations to build trust, relationships and shared purpose. She has supported several shared services and management arrangements across local government, including Barking and Dagenham, Thurrock, Wandsworth and Richmond. She has worked with a range of economic partnerships, including the national network of Local Economic Partnerships and the Nine Elms Development Partnership. She is currently working with the Centre for Public Scrutiny to offer support to local authorities working together to become Combined Authorities. |
