After 40 years service in local government, including 20 years as a Chief Executive, Stephen has amassed significant levels of experience. He has developed skills and experience on leading organisational change, shared services, working with partners and stakeholders, culture change, staff development, and digital transformation. He has also developed a specialism in emergency planning and community resilience.
