Sallie is a Human Resources/Employee Relations manager who creates and leads highly effective teams to deliver organisational change (restructures, TUPE transfers and new ways of working) together with pragmatic outcome focused people management solutions. Sallie is CIPD qualified and highly experienced in liaising with senior managers to understand needs and to support effective implementation of significant change projects. With over 18 years working in local government and delivering all aspects of Human Resources, Sallie is able to manage and deliver front door advice and guidance on a full range of employee relations policies and processes from initial signposting through to supporting formal stages. |
