Richard is a former Managing Director of a local authority owned training company that specialised in the delivery of tailored learning solutions for the public sector. He left this role in March 2020 to start his own L&D consultancy service. As a former local authority employee, Richard understands the challenges that the sector faces and has built a reputation of excellence not just for the quality of his training sessions but also for the innovative design of his interactive workshops. Richard has written and delivered bespoke learning packages for major public sector clients including Norfolk Police, Local Government Association, Norfolk County Council, Suffolk County Council and the Food Standards Agency, in subjects centred around management and leadership. |
