| Description | Michelle is Director of The Engaging People Company which supports organisations to achieve goals through targeted and meaningful communications and engagement activities. Michelle develops and delivers communications and engagement strategies and activities for organisations predominantly in the public sector, social housing, and not for profit sectors. She works on projects – particularly in the field of regeneration and development – and campaigns and she provides support to in-house communications teams. She runs impactful and engaging consultative activities, including through surveys and workshops, to gain insight and understanding, and give people a meaningful say in initiatives.
