Michael is a highly experienced project and change specialist with broad technical knowledge. He has thirty years of multi-industry experience, working across differing cultures and nationalities. A champion of lean ways of working and process efficiency he has successfully reframed PMO operations to both streamline the process and governance as well as refocusing on project success yielding 23% improvement in project outcomes. With a broad exposure and understanding of agile practices, he has led the adoption of agile practices and digital transformation in a variety of levels. A champion of understanding the “why?”, maintaining a tight focus on the purpose of change and ensuring the effort applied leads directly to the outcomes sought.
