Lisa has over 25 years in the public sector, working across local, regional and national government departments. She has significant recent track record in public sector transformation and change management with particular expertise in education and childcare and community resilience and the impact of disadvantage, including working with the Sutton Trust and the Education Endowment Foundation on the Pupil Premium. Lisa has led local authority strategies and programmes to develop community resilience through working with local communities and voluntary sector organisations, developing and implementing new partnerships and initiatives that have helped to drive out savings for public services. She has particular expertise in combatting poverty and disadvantage gained from her role as Child Poverty lead for the East of England. Excellent networking skills and proven track record in leading change programmes and developing cross-sector partnerships, including developing and writing successful bids for external funding. |
