I am a professional Coach and Mentor qualified ILM5 and ILM7 Executive Coaching with over 20 years' experience in Local Government who will bring passion, energy and drive to their work. I have been a coach for many years supporting senior and middle managers, specialising in Leadership, Change Management, career transition, self-confidence and helping individuals reach their full potential through good coaching conversations.
I enjoy working with people and have experience myself of what good coaching can achieve. I am warm and approachable and work to ensure individuals feel safe and comfortable. My goals are for individuals to be able to work through difficult problems, enhance their personal development, self-confidence and build their resilience. |
