Ken has had a highly successful career in commissioning, contract management and IT project management spanning 40+ years across the public and private sectors. He specialises in contract management and commissioning transformation which includes effective negotiation, use of digital technology, relationship management, contract management and outcome improvements. Ken worked in central government serving in the MOD, Cabinet Office, H M Treasury and Home Office. He is the founder and former Director of the London RCE and a fellow of World Commerce & Contracting. |
