Description Kate is a senior HR professional with over 20 years of post CIPD qualification experience. Alongside a recent MBA qualification, she employs a proactive and pragmatic approach to resolve staffing and organisational challenges. Kate ensures she gets to know the organisation she is working with quickly, building key relationship quickly; this is demonstrated through a commitment and dedication to the project being undertaken. Kate is reliable and hardworking and has over 11 years experience within HR&OD in the Education sector, over 8 years within Social Housing and has undertaken an interim Head of HR&OD role in local government. Kate's key skills lie in being able to listen to an organisations needs and wants and cut through all the information to be able to suggest potential areas for resolution. Whilst Kate has a broad spectrum of HR experience, counting herself as a true HR generalist, she has had extensive exposure to reorganisations and restructures and is used to managing these often difficult processes.
