Politically astute, Karen has operated as a trusted advisor to chief executives, politicians, and boards, and excels at building consensus through managing relationships backed by evidence based analysis. Significant non-executive experience with a focus on audit roles including as an independent governor at West Suffolk College (c.13,000 students across the Group) and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Recently appointed as a member of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Joint Audit Committee (Suffolk). |
