Julian has over 30 years of experience in adult social care and social housing, mainly from an independent sector / not-for-profit perspective. He has worked with a wide range of independent and statutory providers across a wide range of projects, with an emphasis on supporting strategic decision making though service review, data analysis and financial modelling. He has specific experience of services for people with learning disabilities / autism and services for older people, particularly supported housing. He has an interest in using data to inform long term planning and decision making with linked experience of managing large datasets and mapping (GIS). Julian has experience of engaging with stakeholders across the social care and social housing sectors and has a track record of developing partnerships and collaborations between providers and public sector organisations. |
