Provides a range of HR consultancy services to clients, including interim work. Highly experienced disciplinary investigator used by both public and private sector clients for complex and challenging casework, including safeguarding cases and criminal cases involving police. Ability to manage sensitive and high-profile issues confidentially and professionally, with a reputation as being thorough, fair, independent when investigating, and providing focused/clear and timely investigation reports.
