Graham is an experienced independent facilities management and property services consultant who has successfully delivered a range of complex projects across both public and private sectors. He has extensive experience of supporting organisations transform property services to meet changing strategic needs. He has supporting organisations at every stage of the property lifecycle and through complex supply chain procurement exercises, mergers & acquisitions, estate strategy, PFI, and the re-design and delivery of property services operating models. Graham has most recently been taking a leading role in the design and transition of both the property services and FM delivery models for the Government Property Agency and immediately prior to this he supported one of the biggest property occupying government departments with an number of strategic transformational projects. |
