Description Graham is an experienced procurement consultant with an established career operating at senior levels within large public and private sector organisations in the UK and abroad. Graham has worked extensively across many public sector organisations spanning central and local government with a specialism in local authority procurement improvement projects, sustainability and contract management. These range from highly sensitive procurement reviews, capability assessments and the delivery of transformation and savings projects. Graham is also a contract management assessor for the UK Cabinet Office. Graham focusses on the organisational design, development and creation of commercial and procurement teams and wider transformational development of commercial capability. He has a significant track record in public sector procurement, contract management, sustainability and commissioning. Having worked with over 15 local authorities in a senior consulting capacity, undertaking high profile and often sensitive assignments.
