Emma is a senior HR consultant, leadership and business coach with a proven track record of successfully applying and sustaining people strategy within complex operational environments. With over 20 years of experience in retail, engineering and the technology sectors she works with MDs and Directors to create, embed and sustain the right culture that enables both their individual and organisational success. Emma has developed a deep understanding of HR and OD challenges faced by difference types of organisations on a day to day basis. She uses her experience and skills to get to know the organisation and it’s people and can quickly diagnose opportunities for success.
