Duncan spent 16 years as a Head of Property within a London Borough and as Head of Property Strategy within a County Council. Since 2005 he has been providing public sector Property and Asset Management advice as a freelance consultant and has carried out locality reviews for the One Public Estate pilot authorities. His expertise includes undertaking business appraisals, preparing bank lending propositions, property development within the hospitality sector and commercial estate agency. Duncan is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MBA, PG Cert in Coaching Management qualification. |
