Highly experienced HR leader with 25 years of public sector experience across numerous complex organisations. As a previous HR Director, Becky has significant experience across the whole range of HR specialising in Executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, Organizational Development, Employee engagement, EDI, transformation and change management, employee relations including managing and resolving complex and highly sensitive casework, policy review and writing and culture change. A partner and coach of organisation leaders both on their individual career journey and leadership development as well as bringing about the successful introduction of effective people strategies aligning the organisation’s people, teams and ways of working with overall strategic goals. A proven leader of significant change projects and work in EDI and belonging, leadership and people development, talent attraction and retention, employee relations, wellbeing, TUPE, T’s & C’s, continuous improvement, transformation and change. Becky led a project working with the DfE to pilot an overseas teacher recruitment initiative in a national MAT and led a large HE provider successfully through a full UKVI audit. Becky has significant experience in managing and investigating complex employee relations cases. Through her extensive experience, passion and holistic approach to people management, Becky has honed her expertise in identifying and resolving historic and systemic issues, and building teams that are capable and motivated to make change happen and individuals and organisations that can reach their full potential. |
