David is a senior and versatile HR professional, with over 30 years’ experience working with senior leadership teams across local government. Objective, systematic, thorough and dependable, yet practical and pragmatic where appropriate, David is committed to, and engaged with, the public sector and all organisations that share the same values.
After 11 years working in a local authority, and 17 years working for a regional employers’ organisation, David now works directly with public sector organisations, and with regional employers’ organisations across the UK, to help select the right candidate for leadership, managerial and professional roles, through personality assessment, occupational ability testing and the delivery of assessment and development centres. In addition, he delivers job evaluation solutions across a range of local government schemes. |
