Amandeep (pronounced: Uh-man-deep) brings over 30 years of experience in organisational development, spanning the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors on a global scale. She is a pragmatic, creative, and solutions-focused organisational development consultant and coach, with expertise in leadership, strategy, and workforce development. Her experience includes designing and evaluating nationally recognised qualifications, as well as developing and leading Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. Specialising in inclusive organisational change and leadership development, Amandeep is deeply committed to equity and anti-oppressive practices. She has successfully driven organisational change, particularly within vulnerable, diverse, and marginalised communities. Having worked across multiple sectors, she is adept at identifying the core issues and addressing them effectively. Her approach is transformational and non-directive, working collaboratively with organisations and teams. She views the organisation as an interconnected system, where each part—whether a team or department—affects the others. By addressing both the visible dynamics and underlying factors, she creates the space to surface critical issues, fostering sustainable, impactful change and building inclusive cultures. Amandeep is dedicated to empowering individuals by equipping them with the tools and skills necessary to cultivate an environment where every team member feels valued and proud. A passionate advocate for continuous learning, Amandeep is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in ‘Advanced Practice and Research in Organisational Consultancy’, employing a systems-psychodynamic framework.
