Adrian is an ex Chief Executive and consultant who facilitates aspiring to be Chief Executive; Director; and Head of Service programmes in Local Government together with being an Executive Coach to senior managers. Adrian can also act as a technical assessor for senior management appointments and is comfortable in brokering Chief Executive/Leader appraisals. He is well versed in working with politicians including joint or minority administrations.
Adrian also undertakes Organisational Development assignments for public and voluntary sector organisations. |
