Sebastian joined the East of England LGA in 2013 following 15 years in the Private sector, predominantly in property and finance. Supporting the Commercial and Operational elements of EELGA, Sebastian leads on finances with a focus on Talent Bank, our pool of highly experienced consultants and Marketplace, a platform for local authorities to trade their commercial services without the need for procurement. Sebastian always strives to deliver a cost effective, quality service for our member organisations supporting them to become the best they can be for their communities.
