Regional Hong Kong Hub Engagement Officer – Strategic Migration Partnership
Justin plays a key role in developing and maintaining the Hong Kong Welcome Hub in the East of England. A native Cantonese speaker, he is in close contact with various Hong Kong communities across the region to help the new arrivals from the BNO visa scheme settle and build a new life in the UK. Justin worked at the Hong Kong Legislative Council before joining the Strategic Migration Partnership at EELGA in October 2021.
