After initially mapping then co-ordinating ESOL (English for Speaker of Other Languages) for the refugee resettlement programme since 2017, Gill is now involved in a range of local, regional and national ESOL strategy and policy projects. She now manages the Employability for Overseas Nationals (EON) project.
