Anne Kindleysides

Anne joined EELGA from Norfolk County Council with experience working across HR areas; reward, employee relations, organisational design and development with job evaluation, managing restructuring staff consultations, working with unions and TUPE.  Working on whole organisation change e.g. single status terms and conditions and service specific projects.  Anne is qualified with MCIPD level 7 Human Resource Management.

Anne is project support for the Employer Services team, along with leading on Infinistats, our HR benchmarking system, delivering demonstrations to new councils to increase membership, onboarding and support.  Anne also works with unions across the region and answering helpdesk queries.
