EACH Project - Open Dialogue Workshop
Dallow Learning Community Centre (DLCC), 234 Dallow Road, Luton LU1 1TB.
A series of 'Open Dialogue Workshops' will be taking place across the region during the second year of the EACH Project (Sept 2012-June 2013). These workshops are being run for small invited audiences made up of local women who have migrated into the East of England, and NHS service providers. Together, they will discuss a range of issues affecting health and wellbeing in an attempt to identify lasting service improvements for new migrants.
This event is by invitation only
- To explore the barriers to healthcare faced by recently-arrived third country migrant women and to identify potential solutions and service improvements
- To help build positive and lasting relations in the community between these recently-arrived women and local NHS staff
- To give local migrant women the opportunity to have their voices heard as part of the EACH project
An optional lunch will be available from 12.00noon as part of informal networking until 1.00pm
