Delivering Services Differently - Meeting the CSR Challenge

The East of England LGA, in conjunction with Local Government Improvement and Development (LGID) are arranging a full day event on meeting the CSR challenge and alternative delivery models for Local Authorities. The event will be a mixture of presentations and workshops; it will also be a good opportunity for delegates to share information and network with people from across the region.

We are in the process of confirming some high profile speakers and workshop leaders. Further details will be available shortly but places are available to be booked now.

At this event delegates will learn about alternative delivery models, the visioning and planning as well as practical approaches and find out about social enterprise, joint ventures, private and public partnerships, outsourcing and much more.
