We welcome back Lynne Cooper, who some of you may have seen at our Annual Coaching Conference in 2016 - this workshop serves as a suitable follow up from the conference, and also appeals to those who are new to the Five-Minute Coach concept.

There will also be an opportunity at 1pm for peer supervision for an hour after Lynne’s workshop, for those of you who wish to stay and take part.

The Five-Minute Coach – deepening your knowledge of this unique and powerful coaching approach

Fast to learn and easy to use, the Five-Minute Coach is a pragmatic, Clean Language-based coaching tool for busy managers and coaches.

Managers find this approach improves performance - their own and that of their team members. Experienced coaches use it to move coaching from transactional to transformational in rapid time; new coaches acquire a structured, practical and effective coaching tool.

In this practical and interactive workshop you will learn about coaching cleanly, using clean questions to great effect in everyday conversations and practise some core elements of the Five-Minute Coach approach.

You will take away:

  • The knowledge to integrate clean questioning in to your personal coaching approach
  • Practical experience of this fast and effective coaching approach which you can apply back in your practice
  • A method of moving from problem thinking to an outcome focus quickly and easily
  • A model for eliciting pragmatic and effective action plans
  • Experience of working with a truly non-directive mindset
